TERM 4, WEEK 3

Though it is a short week, we still have homework to complete. Students need to complete their maths homework, moon activity, handwriting and punctuation task.

Two new competitions you may be interested in :

For those interested in poetry and creative writing, go to http://eq21.janison.com/eq/project.asp for details about a 'haiku' poetry competition. The competition closes on Friday 6 November.

The 'Tell it Digitally' competition closes on Friday 13 November. This is a great opportunity to combine and match your creative writing skills to old or new photographs. Go to  https://www.learningplace.com.au/deliver/content.asp?pid=45151 for more details.

This week we will start looking at writing film reviews and interschool sport continues this week.

TERM 4, WEEK 1

Welcome back to our final term. This term will be very short and hectic, with many assessment items due and important dates added to the term's calendar.  Please look on the News link and Weekly events sheet for these details.

Our homework this term will be slightly different. Students will need to complete a maths worksheet, handwriting page, weekly project work and a punctuation task. This will be explained each Monday in class and students will again use their diaries to list their weekly tasks. Remember that students should also be reading at least 10 minutes every night.
